Making the corporate style more exciting and giving it more depth.
Background and goals
The company's newly formed Portfolio Advisory Group had recently undergone another re-brand and now required generic covers for their asset valuation summaries. The goal was to come up with a design that would honour the brand standards, differentiate each property class and yet unite them together.
The design was structured around content that repeated from cover to cover, such as the header and the footer. Since there was only one day allocated and no design direction, there was more freedom to push the boundaries a little. Depth through aerial shots was a new approach that was introduced here.
