Helping military families make informed decisions about their new home.
Background and goals
A half-fold brochure that advertised one of the client's residential properties to military families was requested. Based on a double sided, letter sized hand-out, the goal was to convert the existing design to a new format. A map of the area also needed to be designed and included as a part of the new brochure.
In order to maintain the design theme of the older format, certain visual elements such as header styles have been re-purposed. An interior image was bled from the left page to the right page in order to guide the reader’s eye to the map. The map, after 7 iterations, only focused on key locations and road names in order to maintain legibility.
